After service
1. Please contact us by Email, Whatsapp or telephone if there is problem when you order the products. We will feedback to you as soon as possible.
2. Please tell us in time if you haven't received the goods. Then we will check it for you at once and reply you as soon as possible .
3.  Please tell us the quality problems within 24hours after you receive the goods(excluding man-made breakage). Then we will deal with the problem for you reasonablely. But if the time over 24hours after you receive the goods, we won't  accept returning goods.
 
a. For returning goods, you can only exchange the same item. If the item is out of stock, you could exchange the same value items or refund the payment.
b. Please keep the original package when customer return small pieces accessories..
c. Please make sure to make a note of your order no., the goods problem and whether ship the  items to you with your next order.
d. The freight of returning goods is paid firstly by customer. After we receive the goods and confirmed it's our quality problem. Then we will exchange the items for customers. And we will pay the freight. If the item is sold off, we will refund the money to you or deduct the payment from your next order.
e. Please contact us first when you want to return and exchange the goods. The goods can be returned after it confirmed by two parties. The shipping way must by post.
f. The returning items must packed well as original, make sure no man-made breakage.
g. Please contact us after you sent goods by post in 20days.
